Child Support Enforcement Services help you get support from the other parent who does not have custody of your child. Child Support services include searching for the other parent, legally establishing who the father of your child is, getting a court order for child support and health coverage, collecting child support payments, enforcing the court order, and reviewing and modifying the court order. If you receive TCA or Medical Assistance, Child Support services are provided at no charge. If you do not receive TCA or Medical Assistance you need to apply for Child Support services and you may be required to pay a one-time $25 application fee.

For further information on Child Support Enforcement Services, or if you would like an application mailed to you please call Dorchester County Social Services at 410.901.4100.
